How to Order

Welcome to Best Friend Goodies Online Store!

Before proceeding to Order,  Best Friend Goodies present its payment and shipping/delivery methods.

Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer/deposit

           We accept bank deposit/online transfer in BPI and BDO Accounts. Bank details will be revealed after placing an order. Payment must be done within 2days after placing an order.

  • We have Cash on delivery only for Cagayan de Oro residents.

Shipping/Delivery Methods

  • For Cagayan de Oro residents:

            We offer free delivery for a single transaction of orders worth one thousand (1,000) pesos and above. Please note that you have to choose this option upon placing your order. Fifty (50) pesos is charged for the delivery for orders below one thousand (1,000) pesos. YOU NEED TO CHOOSE FREE DELIVERY when checking out!

  • For Orders outside CDO:

            The shipping fee applies for orders to be shipped outside Cagayan de Oro. The fee would vary depending on your address and the size of your order. Before placing an order, send us a message through our Facebook page: Best Friend Goodie https://www.facebook.com/bestfriendjohnnie/ or you may email us at [email protected] or send us an SMS at 09177101398.

Give us a list of your order and we will get back at your inquiry as soon as we can get the shipping rate. For the shipping of orders, we allow payment of the shipping fee as soon as the products will be delivered. The order placed through our website, however, must be paid in advance.

Pick-Up Methods

  • For paid orders, you can choose to pick up your goodies between Best Friend Homes in Camella Homes Upper Balulang (across the Club House Basketball court) or at Ginama Pasalubong Center at Gaston Park. But for Ginama pick up, it usually takes one day for it to be pick-up ready.
  • For unpaid orders, pick up your goodies at Best Friend Homes in Camella Homes Upper Balulang (across the Club House Basketball court)

How to Order

  1. You can make an order by navigating through the products page through this link https://www.bestfriendgoodies.com/products/ . Browse through it and choose a particular product by adding it to your cart.

  2. After adding the products you want to purchase, proceed click View Cart and review your chosen products. This is the time you can add, or delete certain products.

  3. When you are done finalizing your order, click the Proceed to Check Out. Fill in the details being asked on the form. Do not fill up bogus details or details that are not real since you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

  4. Place your order only if you are sure of your order. Cancellation is not allowed, and you cannot add or delete a product from the cart anymore once you choose Place Order after checking out.

  5. After placing your order, an online invoice will be sent to your email for the confirmation that we have received your order. A follow-up email will be sent if you chose the bank transfer method and the bank account details to where you will send your payment will be provided too.

Our staff will call and send an SMS especially to clarify your order and address. It would also help if you send us a sketch ahead to prevent problems with the delivery. You can email it or send a message to our Facebook page. Please indicate the Order Number provided to you in the email you have received.

When will I receive my Order?

  • For CDO residents, all verified orders made before 10 am, we will deliver it in the afternoon. If you order after the cut off time at 10 am, we will deliver it the next day. If you chose the bank transfer method, and have not paid before the cut off time 10 am, we will place your order on hold until payment has been done. We can only wait for 2days for your payment to be sent. If you wish to change the order to Cash on delivery instead, call us along with your order number, so we can update our records. If such a request is sent and has been acknowledged before 10 am, then expect it to be delivered in the afternoon.
  • For outside Cagayan de Oro, orders must be paid within 2days. We will place your order on hold if you have not sent the payment yet. If you fail to pay within 2days, your order will not be processed and we will not be taking your orders again anymore. If you happen to order on a Friday, we will allow waiting for your payment to be done until the following Monday. The shipment period varies. We will give an update for the expected day of arrival after your inquiry on the shipping fee.
