Returns and Refund Policy

Being in the food industry, Bestfriend Goodies has a replacement policy of pasalubong instead of the usual return and refund policy.

Return and Refund Policy

Any damaged or wrongfully sent items must be reported to us within three (3) days upon receipt of your order. For health and safety reasons, food products are not returnable for any reason.  We, however, allow product replacement provided that we shipped the wrong item, or we sent out an expired product or an obviously damaged product.

This return and refund policy by Bestfriend Goodies requires that items that you want to return must be in its original condition. It must not be used when you return it to us unless there is a manufacturer defect.

In the case of damaged products, you may request for a replacement.

How to Request for a Replacement

  1. Before requesting a refund or replacement, send us an email at [email protected]Customers are required to send pictures showing defects or missing and wrong items. Please include any valid ID in your picture together with the damaged product you want to replace. Without the attached pictures, we cannot process the request.
  2. We will verify your reported case. If you qualify for a refund or replacement, we will process your request. Allow us 5 banking days to process the refund or 5 business days to ship out the replacement product.

If you have bought at any of our partner retailers (e.g. Vjandep Bulua, Vjandep Capistrano, and the rest), please do return the product to them directly. Please bring along with you the receipt of purchase and product must comply with the standards of this policy so that it could be replaced.
